Position: Demand Management Specialist (REF: JW396A/2025)
Core Responsibilities
- Analyze expenditure patterns and develop procurement strategies
- Manage tender processes from initiation to closure
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and legislation
- Coordinate with internal departments on acquisition projects
- Maintain accurate tender documentation and progress reports
- Conduct market research and supplier engagements
Requirements
- National Diploma (NQF6) in Procurement/Supply Chain/Accounting
- 5 years’ procurement experience (3 years in government sector)
- Knowledge of MFMA, PPPFA, CIDB, and B-BBEE regulations
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Valid driver’s license
