We deliver essential water services to communities across Greater Johannesburg, managing 1.6 billion liters of clean water daily through an extensive network of reservoirs, pump stations, and treatment facilities.

Position: Demand Management Specialist (REF: JW396A/2025)

Core Responsibilities

  • Analyze expenditure patterns and develop procurement strategies
  • Manage tender processes from initiation to closure
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and legislation
  • Coordinate with internal departments on acquisition projects
  • Maintain accurate tender documentation and progress reports
  • Conduct market research and supplier engagements

Requirements

  • National Diploma (NQF6) in Procurement/Supply Chain/Accounting
  • 5 years’ procurement experience (3 years in government sector)
  • Knowledge of MFMA, PPPFA, CIDB, and B-BBEE regulations
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Valid driver’s license
