Essential Requirements
- Honours degree or equivalent qualification
- 5 years managerial experience in academic environments
Preferred Qualifications
- MSc in Agriculture or related field
- Valid driver’s license (Code B or higher)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage training programs
- Oversee stakeholder engagement and client services
- Manage departmental finances and procurement
- Lead policy development and implementation
- Supervise team performance and development
