Role Purpose

Support departmental leadership in managing operational relationships with the Corporate Services Centre (Department of the Premier) through strategic coordination and service delivery oversight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and report on CSC service delivery performance
  • Manage departmental service complaints
  • Coordinate service agreement reviews
  • Supervise operational staff and workflows

Requirements

  • 3-year tertiary qualification in relevant field
  • Proven leadership experience in corporate services
  • Understanding of governance frameworks
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
