Role Purpose
Support departmental leadership in managing operational relationships with the Corporate Services Centre (Department of the Premier) through strategic coordination and service delivery oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and report on CSC service delivery performance
- Manage departmental service complaints
- Coordinate service agreement reviews
- Supervise operational staff and workflows
Requirements
- 3-year tertiary qualification in relevant field
- Proven leadership experience in corporate services
- Understanding of governance frameworks
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
