Position Summary

Core Responsibilities
- Oversee governance compliance and performance management systems
- Manage strategic demand planning processes
- Lead subordinate staff and operational workflows
- Administer financial controls and reporting
- Ensure alignment with public sector procurement regulations
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Management/Supply Chain Management
- 3 years supervisory experience in supply chain governance
- Valid driver’s license (Code B or equivalent)
- Comprehensive knowledge of PFMA, Treasury Regulations, and SCM frameworks
Critical Competencies
Technical Knowledge:
  Procurement legislation • BB-BEE Act • Contract management • Strategic sourcing
Core Skills:
  Financial analysis • Stakeholder engagement • Project management • Data interpretation • Leadership
Compensation Package
Annual All-Inclusive Salary: R896,436 (Level 11)
