Minimum Requirements

  • National Diploma/Degree in IT/Computer Science (NQF 6/7)
  • 3-5 years’ IT infrastructure experience
  • Technical certifications: Microsoft 365 Admin, Azure Admin, Windows Server
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools

Core Competencies

  • Expertise in cloud infrastructure management (Azure)
  • Network administration (LAN/WAN monitoring)
  • ICT governance frameworks compliance
  • Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage on-premise and cloud infrastructure operations
  • Monitor network performance and security compliance
  • Lead ICT capacity planning and resource optimization
  • Provide tier-3 technical support and incident resolution
  • Implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans
