Key Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in Urban Planning, Development Planning or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Core Competencies:
- Project management & strategic planning
- Knowledge of municipal infrastructure development
- Understanding of local government policies
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate long-term infrastructure planning across municipalities
- Develop policy frameworks for sustainable infrastructure grants
- Manage Intermediate City Municipalities Support Programme
- Advise municipalities on urban development strategies
