Key Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • Degree/Diploma in Urban Planning, Development Planning or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite

Core Competencies:

  • Project management & strategic planning
  • Knowledge of municipal infrastructure development
  • Understanding of local government policies
  • Strong communication and team leadership skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate long-term infrastructure planning across municipalities
  • Develop policy frameworks for sustainable infrastructure grants
  • Manage Intermediate City Municipalities Support Programme
  • Advise municipalities on urban development strategies
