Position Overview
Seeking a qualified professional to oversee compliance with internal audit standards, evaluate governance/risk management frameworks, and lead strategic projects. Candidates must demonstrate strong leadership, innovation, and time management skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (3-year minimum)
- 3+ years internal audit management experience
- Valid Code B driver’s license (accommodations available for applicants with disabilities)
Preferred Qualifications
- CIA/CISA certification
Key Responsibilities
- Develop 3-year strategic and annual operational audit plans
- Conduct IT system reviews (general controls, security assessments)
- Manage audit processes and reporting to executive leadership
- Maintain stakeholder relationships with government entities
Required Competencies
- Expertise in audit methodologies and COBIT frameworks
- Knowledge of governance principles and relevant legislation
- Strategic planning and risk assessment capabilities
