Position Overview

Seeking a qualified professional to oversee compliance with internal audit standards, evaluate governance/risk management frameworks, and lead strategic projects. Candidates must demonstrate strong leadership, innovation, and time management skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (3-year minimum)
  • 3+ years internal audit management experience
  • Valid Code B driver’s license (accommodations available for applicants with disabilities)

Preferred Qualifications

  • CIA/CISA certification

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop 3-year strategic and annual operational audit plans
  • Conduct IT system reviews (general controls, security assessments)
  • Manage audit processes and reporting to executive leadership
  • Maintain stakeholder relationships with government entities

Required Competencies

  • Expertise in audit methodologies and COBIT frameworks
  • Knowledge of governance principles and relevant legislation
  • Strategic planning and risk assessment capabilities
