Qualifications: National Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Public Administration, or related field (NQF Level 6/7)

Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with electronic Quarterly Performance Reporting System (eQPR) preferred
- Knowledge of strategic planning processes and legislative frameworks
- Strong skills in data analysis, report writing, and research methodology
- Competencies in project management, team leadership, and stakeholder coordination
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate departmental Strategic Plans and Annual Performance Plans
- Prepare quarterly performance reports and annual operational plans
- Produce assessment reports including Mid-Term and End-Term evaluations
- Monitor implementation of audit/risk action plans
- Manage performance reporting system updates
