Position Details

Job Type: Full Time

Location: Pretoria, Gauteng

Experience: 3-5 years

Qualifications: National Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Public Administration, or related field (NQF Level 6/7)

Requirements

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with electronic Quarterly Performance Reporting System (eQPR) preferred
  • Knowledge of strategic planning processes and legislative frameworks
  • Strong skills in data analysis, report writing, and research methodology
  • Competencies in project management, team leadership, and stakeholder coordination

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and coordinate departmental Strategic Plans and Annual Performance Plans
  • Prepare quarterly performance reports and annual operational plans
  • Produce assessment reports including Mid-Term and End-Term evaluations
  • Monitor implementation of audit/risk action plans
  • Manage performance reporting system updates
