  – Matric Certificate
  – Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate/Property Valuation (NQF Level 7)
• Experience Needed: 7-9 years valuation experience with 5 years management
• Professional Registration: SA Council for Property Valuers’ Profession (Associate/Professional Valuer)
• Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead valuation strategy implementation per Municipal Property Rates Act
• Manage municipal property valuations and appeal processes
• Develop performance standards for valuation teams
• Ensure compliance with legislation and financial regulations
• Oversee valuation quality control systems
• Guide organizational development and policy implementation
