Position Details:

Essential Requirements:
- Experience in community development or social work
- Proficiency in local languages of Namaqua District
- Valid driver’s license
- Demonstrated training facilitation skills
Key Responsibilities:
CSO Mobilization & Support
- Conduct community outreach to identify CSO/cooperative needs
- Develop community profiles and resource mapping reports
- Facilitate registration assistance and organizational structure development
- Coordinate networking events and stakeholder collaborations
- Maintain updated CSO database for assigned districts
Capacity Building
- Design and implement targeted training programs
- Provide mentorship and technical support to CSOs/cooperatives
- Monitor program effectiveness and submission compliance
- Partner with local institutions for specialized skill development
Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare monthly performance reports with supporting documentation
- Track capacity building outcomes and operational metrics
