Position Details

  • Employment Type: Full Time
  • Qualifications:

    – National Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree (NQF 6/7) in Business Management, Public Administration, Development Studies or related field

    – SAQA-recognized equivalent
  • Experience: 3-5 years in strategic planning and reporting
  • Location: Pretoria, Gauteng
  • Department: Administration/Secretarial

Key Requirements

  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word
  • Preferred technical skills: Experience with electronic Quarterly Performance Reporting System (eQPR)
  • Core Competencies:

    – Strategic planning & project management

    – Data analysis & report writing

    – Team leadership & client relations

    – Knowledge of legislative frameworks for government reporting

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead development of Strategic Plans and Annual Performance Plans
  • Coordinate departmental Operational Plan creation
  • Prepare quarterly performance reports and annual review documents
  • Monitor implementation of audit/risk action plans
  • Manage MTDP reports and mid/end-term assessments
