Position Details
- Employment Type: Full Time
- Qualifications:
– National Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree (NQF 6/7) in Business Management, Public Administration, Development Studies or related field
– SAQA-recognized equivalent - Experience: 3-5 years in strategic planning and reporting
- Location: Pretoria, Gauteng
- Department: Administration/Secretarial
Key Requirements
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word
- Preferred technical skills: Experience with electronic Quarterly Performance Reporting System (eQPR)
- Core Competencies:
– Strategic planning & project management
– Data analysis & report writing
– Team leadership & client relations
– Knowledge of legislative frameworks for government reporting
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development of Strategic Plans and Annual Performance Plans
- Coordinate departmental Operational Plan creation
- Prepare quarterly performance reports and annual review documents
- Monitor implementation of audit/risk action plans
- Manage MTDP reports and mid/end-term assessments
