Position Details:
- Job Type: Full Time
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 8) in Public Administration, Law, Business Management, Economics, or related field
- Experience: 10+ years at Senior Management level
- Location: Pretoria, Gauteng
- Department: Legal & Project Management
- License: Valid driver’s license required
Key Requirements:
- Completion of Nyukela Public Service Pre-Entry Programme (Mandatory)
- Proven leadership experience in government administration
- Strong understanding of labor legislation and public policy
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction for departmental operations
- Oversee national implementation of:
- Workplace inspection programs
- Public employment initiatives
- Labor relations policies
- Manage key legislation implementation:
- Unemployment Insurance Acts
- Compensation for Occupational Injuries Act
- Lead intergovernmental relations and risk management
