Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Public Administration, or related field (SAQA-recognized)
• Valid driver’s license
• Proven track record in HR strategy development and implementation

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee HR policies and compliance monitoring
• Manage recruitment, employee benefits, and workforce equity programs
• Lead employee wellness initiatives and labor relations matters
• Coordinate department-wide human resource planning
• Optimize resource allocation for the HR directorate
