Position Summary
Lead strategic property acquisition initiatives to support public infrastructure development. Manage all aspects of immovable asset procurement and team leadership.
Key Details
Minimum Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7)
– 5+ years senior management experience
– SMS Pre-entry Certificate (to complete upon appointment)
Preferred Qualifications:
– Postgraduate degree
– Property acquisition experience
– Valid driver’s license
Core Responsibilities
– Develop and execute strategic acquisition plans
– Manage property donations, land exchanges, and asset transfers
– Oversee financial management and PFMA compliance
– Lead multidisciplinary teams of professionals
– Optimize service delivery through effective resource management
