Position Details

  • Job Type: Full Time
  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7). Postgraduate qualification preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years at Middle/Senior Management level in education sector
  • Location: Gauteng
  • Field: Administration/Management

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in district development support and education policy implementation
  • 5+ years project/program management experience
  • Demonstrated stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong understanding of district-level education challenges

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation of District Development Model (DDM) across provinces
  • Monitor district performance and resource allocation
  • Develop strategies to improve education service delivery
  • Coordinate national frameworks for district operations
  • Analyze teacher development program effectiveness
  • Facilitate inter-provincial knowledge sharing
