Position Details
- Job Type: Full Time
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7). Postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years at Middle/Senior Management level in education sector
- Location: Gauteng

Key Requirements
- Proven experience in district development support and education policy implementation
- 5+ years project/program management experience
- Demonstrated stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong understanding of district-level education challenges
Core Responsibilities
- Lead implementation of District Development Model (DDM) across provinces
- Monitor district performance and resource allocation
- Develop strategies to improve education service delivery
- Coordinate national frameworks for district operations
- Analyze teacher development program effectiveness
- Facilitate inter-provincial knowledge sharing
