  – Matric Certificate/Grade 12
  – Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or related field (NQF Level 7 equivalent)
• Experience Required: 10+ years in leadership roles (minimum 5 years at middle management level) with service delivery oversight
• Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng
• Department: Project Management & Service Delivery
• License: Valid Code 8 Driver’s License
