Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree/Advanced Diploma (NQF 7) or higher qualification
- Mandatory completion of Senior Management Pre-Entry Programme (120 hours)
- Proven experience in strategic leadership and organizational development

- Postgraduate degree in relevant field
- Experience in curriculum development and quality assurance

- Lead strategic training program development
- Oversee management and leadership training initiatives
- Drive innovation at Provincial Training Institute
- Manage organizational change and financial resources
Essential Skills
- Expertise in HR legislation and best practices
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
