Experience: 5+ years at middle/senior management level

Requirements

  • Matric/Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
  • LLB or undergraduate Law qualification (NQF Level 7)
  • Advanced research and presentation skills
  • In-depth knowledge of housing legislation, policies, and sector practices

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research on human settlements legislation and regulations
  • Develop and review housing laws and regulatory frameworks
  • Facilitate parliamentary processes for housing legislation
  • Support implementation of approved laws and regulations
  • Manage departmental resources and operations
