Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in Financial Management or related field
  • Master’s in Finance/Economics preferred
  • Professional registration advantageous
  • Local government experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license (Code B)
  • Clean criminal record

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead Treasury operations and financial strategy
  • Manage cash flow, investments, and payroll systems
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations
  • Oversee risk management and audit processes
  • Drive performance reporting and governance
