Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care with professionalism
• Maintain clean, organized nursing environments
• Address basic patient inquiries and escalate complex issues
• Follow strict safety protocols and legal compliance (including POPIA)
• Manage medical waste disposal and equipment maintenance
• Maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality
• Oversee stock management and patient flow processes
• Handle customer complaints appropriately

Requirements

• Valid SANC registration as Enrolled Nurse Assistant
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Flexibility for shift work and overtime
• Strong communication and organizational skills
