Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Valid ABET certification
  • Physical ability to lift heavy objects/patients (up to 12 hours daily)
  • Willingness to handle biological materials and deceased persons
  • Basic knowledge of safety protocols (OHSA) and hygiene standards
  • Flexibility for shift work including nights/weekends

Position Responsibilities

Porter Services

  • Patient transportation within healthcare facilities
  • Mortuary transfers and equipment maintenance

Laundry Operations

  • Linen management and tracking
  • Equipment cleaning and maintenance

Mortuary Support

  • Deceased management and record-keeping
  • Facility sanitation and equipment care

Facility Maintenance

  • Ward cleaning and waste management
  • General building upkeep and sanitation
