Key Responsibilities
- Manage patient file lifecycle (opening/c,losing, storage, retrieval)
- Implement Records Management and PAIA policies
- Organize files numerically using E-HIS system
- Archive outdated records appropriately
- Identify and resolve duplicate file issues
- Maintain organized file numbering system
Requirements
- Matric certification or equivalent
- Understanding of records management principles
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
