Position Details

Key Requirements

  • Matriculation certificate or equivalent qualification
  • Basic understanding of records management principles

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage patient file operations (opening, closing, archiving)
  • Maintain secure file storage and retrieval systems
  • Organize medical records numerically per E-HIS standards
  • Identify and resolve duplicate file issues
  • Implement PAIA regulations and records policies
  • Maintain organized filing system with numbered storage boxes
