Key Requirements
- Matriculation certificate or equivalent qualification
- Basic understanding of records management principles
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage patient file operations (opening, closing, archiving)
- Maintain secure file storage and retrieval systems
- Organize medical records numerically per E-HIS standards
- Identify and resolve duplicate file issues
- Implement PAIA regulations and records policies
- Maintain organized filing system with numbered storage boxes
