Required Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage patient file systems (opening/closing/archiving)
- Maintain records according to management policies
- Implement PAIA regulations
- Organize numerical filing system alignment with E-HIS
- Identify and resolve duplicate file issues
- Ensure proper file storage and retrieval processes
