Required Qualifications:

  • Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent qualification

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage patient file systems (opening/closing/archiving)
  • Maintain records according to management policies
  • Implement PAIA regulations
  • Organize numerical filing system alignment with E-HIS
  • Identify and resolve duplicate file issues
  • Ensure proper file storage and retrieval processes
