Key Responsibilities:

🌊 Customer Interaction & Sales Support
✔ Assist customers by answering inquiries about marine products and services.
✔ Provide detailed information and recommendations, ensuring a positive buying experience.
✔ Support the sales team by offering excellent customer service during the sales process.

⚓ Product Knowledge Development
✔ Develop an understanding of the marine products on offer and their unique features.
✔ Stay informed about the latest trends in the marine industry to better serve customers.

📢 Sales and Marketing Assistance
✔ Help the team with creating and implementing sales and marketing strategies.
✔ Assist in promotional efforts and marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive sales.

🚤 Showroom Maintenance
✔ Ensure the showroom is well-maintained, organized, and visually appealing to customers.
✔ Help with product displays and inventory management to ensure smooth operations.

📈 Lead Generation & Follow-up
✔ Assist in generating leads and following up with potential customers to close sales.
✔ Manage and track customer data to help the sales team nurture leads.

📝 Administrative and Sales Reporting Tasks
✔ Support the team with administrative tasks, including processing sales orders and keeping accurate records.
✔ Assist with sales reports and monitor performance to ensure sales targets are met.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✔ Education: Grade 12 or equivalent
✔ Preferred Certifications: Microsoft, Basic Computer Skills
✔ Technical Skills:

• Experience with Windows operating systems
• Familiarity with Office 365

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work independently and within a team
