💰 Stipend: R6,800 per month
Key Responsibilities:
🏍 Customer Interaction & Sales Support
✔ Assist customers with product inquiries, offering expert guidance on motorcycle models and specifications
✔ Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to improve sales opportunities
✔ Provide exceptional customer service both in-person and over the phone
📚 Product Knowledge Development
✔ Learn about different motorcycle brands, features, and specifications
✔ Stay updated on industry trends and new motorcycle models
✔ Understand pricing, financing options, and promotions
📈 Sales and Marketing Assistance
✔ Support the sales team in developing marketing campaigns to attract customers
✔ Assist in executing sales strategies to increase revenue
✔ Collaborate with marketing teams to create engaging advertisements and promotions
🏬 Showroom Maintenance & Presentation
✔ Ensure the showroom and motorcycles are well-presented and appealing to customers
✔ Organize product displays and promotional materials to enhance sales potential
📊 Lead Generation and Follow-up
✔ Identify and contact potential customers through various channels
✔ Follow up on customer inquiries and test ride bookings
✔ Maintain a customer database to track leads and sales progress
📝 Administrative & Sales Reporting Tasks
✔ Assist with sales reports, stock management, and documentation
✔ Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
✔ Help with invoice processing and order tracking
Required Skills & Qualifications:
✔ Education Requirement: Grade 12 or equivalent
✔ Preferred Certifications: Microsoft Office, Basic Computer Skills
✔ Technical Skills:
- Experience with Windows operating systems
- Familiarity with Office 365 and CRM tools
✔ Soft Skills: - Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Great organizational and time-management skills
