Role Overview
The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth administrative operations within the Road Design division. They will assist in managing budgets, coordinating meetings, and applying relevant public service policies to optimize workflow and compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- A 1-2 year post-Matric Certificate (or equivalent/higher qualification)
- At least 3 years of relevant administrative experience
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Senior Manager and Component
- Assist in the coordination of meetings, ensuring all documentation and logistical arrangements are in place
- Support the administration of budgets, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial regulations
- Analyze and apply Public Service and departmental policies to maintain compliance and efficiency

- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and quality control
- Understanding of public administration and information management
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Proficiency in MS Office and general computer literacy

Salary & Benefits
- Annual Salary: R308,154 – R362,994 (Salary Level 7)
