Key Responsibilities
π Sales & Business Growth
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for both new and used vehicles.
- Develop and implement strategies to retain and expand the customer base.
- Identify and explore new revenue opportunities to increase sales.
π Customer Service & Relationship Management
- Deliver exceptional service to ensure a positive buying experience.
- Proactively manage customer expectations and handle escalations effectively.
- Build long-term relationships with clients through follow-ups and engagement.
πΌ Sales & Negotiation
- Accurately evaluate vehicles for trade-ins and pricing.
- Negotiate sales agreements and ensure smooth deal closures.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor pricing, and customer preferences.
π Administrative & Compliance Duties
- Ensure all sales documentation and compliance requirements are met.
- Follow dealership policies and procedures regarding invoicing and financing.
- Utilize Higher Gear for tracking sales performance and customer management.
Qualifications & Experience
β Education: Minimum Grade 12 (Matric).
β Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Executive in the automotive industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
β Additional Requirements: - Valid Code 8 Driverβs License (Essential).
- Strong computer literacy for managing customer data and reporting.
