We are currently looking for two Sales Agents (Field) to join our team in Makhado, Limpopo. Do you have what it takes to become our newest Purple Star?

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Sales Agent (Field), you will be pivotal in supporting the operations of our Mobile Department. Your role will primarily focus on driving sales, assisting customers, and increasing the customer base through impactful marketing campaigns and promotions.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Customer Service: Helping clients open accounts and addressing all betting-related queries.
• Sales and Activations: Driving daily sales and product activations by effectively demonstrating and explaining mobile products and services to customers, encouraging them to purchase and engage.
• Mobile Marketing: Leading mobile marketing campaigns to increase sales and drive new customer sign-ups for online accounts.
• Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of your sales activities and reporting your progress to management each day.
• Promotions and Displays: Setting up and managing displays at outlets, events, and promotions to capture the attention of both new and existing customers.
• Customer Assistance: Assisting clients with submitting the correct FICA documents when opening accounts and guiding them on how to bet using the mobile app.
• Mobile Equipment Maintenance: Ensuring all mobile equipment is well-maintained, secure, and operational.
• Ongoing Training: Completing weekly Moodle, Bet Strike, Voice Note, and Trainers on Wheels training sessions to stay updated on products and procedures.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

We’re looking for candidates with:

• Experience: 6 months to 1 year in sales, marketing, or promotions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Mobile Betting Knowledge: A good understanding of mobile and internet betting, including betting procedures, types, and top-up voucher distribution.
• Sales Acumen: Strong knowledge of sales strategies and systems.
• Motivation: A results-driven attitude with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Listening Skills: The ability to listen effectively to customers and address their needs.
