Programme Overview
This 24-month mentorship-driven programme is designed for unemployed South African graduates between 18 and 35 years old. Candidates will receive institutional knowledge and practical training within various functional areas, ensuring a comprehensive learning experience.
Assessments will be conducted every six months to evaluate progress, making sure the programme aligns with both the candidates’ professional growth and TFR’s operational needs.
Who Can Apply?
To qualify, applicants must:
✅ Be a South African citizen
✅ Be between 18 and 35 years old
✅ Hold a National Diploma, Diploma, BTech, or Bachelor’s Degree in Horticulture or a related field (minimum NQF Level 6)
✅ Have no prior work experience
