Position: Executive Assistant to CFO

The Community Schemes Ombud Service (CSOS) operates under the Community Scheme Ombud Service Act (2011) to regulate community housing schemes and promote good governance. Established in October 2016, we are committed to maintaining standards in community scheme administration.

Position Details:

  • Experience Required: 5-7 years
  • Department: Administration/Secretarial

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, presentations, and official communications
  • Coordinate meetings and manage logistical arrangements
  • Organize executive travel plans and accommodation
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CFO
  • Maintain office documentation and records

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 certificate with secretarial training
  • Diploma in Office Administration, Business Management, or related field
  • Proven experience supporting senior executives
  • Proficiency in office management systems and procedures
  • Advanced computer skills (MS Office Suite)
