Executive Support
- Manage complex travel arrangements and executive calendars
- Coordinate high-level meetings and document management
- Prepare executive communications and reports

- Oversee corporate services and vendor relationships

- Implement process improvements for operational efficiency
Stakeholder Coordination
- Facilitate international delegations and corporate events
- Manage board meeting logistics and minute-taking
- Serve as liaison between executives and departments
