- Position Title: Executive Secretary
- Remuneration: R488,335.44 per annum (total cost to company)

Minimum Requirements:
- Educational Requirement: Grade 12 (NQF Level 6) with a qualification in Secretarial, Office Administration, or Public Relations.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant to an Executive Manager.
- Skills: Computer literacy in MS Office, experience in office administration, and a high degree of interpersonal skills.
Primary Function:
The role requires managing and coordinating activities associated with the office of the Executive Director, including maintaining a diary, organizing meetings, and overseeing administrative support. The Executive Secretary will handle all correspondence and office systems while ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information.
Key Performance Areas:
- Schedule, plan, and manage the diary and events for the Executive Manager.
- Maintain correspondence and record-keeping systems for the office.
- Provide administrative support for the office functions, including reception and telephonist duties.
Competencies:
- Leading Competencies: Ability to function under stress, effective time management, confidentiality, and strong organizational skills.
