Key Responsibilities

As a HR Assistant, you’ll have a variety of responsibilities that support our HR department and ensure the smooth functioning of HR operations:

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in managing the recruitment process, from helping with interview coordination to onboarding new employees and ensuring they have all the resources they need to succeed.
• HR General Support: Be the first point of contact for HR-related questions, supporting both employees and managers. You’ll also assist in performance management, helping track evaluations and ensuring everything is on schedule.
• Training and Development: Coordinate training programs, maintain training records, and assist with uploading training materials across various platforms. Help track the completion of mandatory training and development courses.
• Compensation and Benefits: Assist with compensation and benefits administration. Answer employee queries, process changes, and ensure compliance with compensation laws and regulations.
• HR Compliance: Keep accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws. Assist with the development and implementation of HR procedures to support legal compliance.
• Company Culture: Help plan and facilitate initiatives that promote a positive and engaging company culture. Act as an ambassador for our values and culture, ensuring they are reflected in all HR processes.
• Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with the HR team to support the business’s overall HR strategy. Assist with various HR projects to align with the organization’s goals and objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

To succeed in this role, we are looking for the following qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an HR administrative role.
• Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in HR software, and a working knowledge of labor laws.
• Work Environment: Ability to work remotely, in a fully virtual role, while adhering to a 9 AM to 5 PM EST schedule.
