Position Details

  • Job Type: Full Time
  • Location: Centurion, Gauteng
  • Experience: 3-5 years in facilities/property management
  • Education: Matric + National Diploma/Degree in facilities-related field

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine building inspections and infrastructure audits
  • Develop maintenance schedules aligned with safety policies (OHSA compliance)
  • Manage quality control checks for workplace safety standards
  • Oversee building systems including electrical, HVAC, and emergency systems
  • Interpret architectural plans and supervise maintenance projects

Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in building/facilities management
  • Minimum 2 years supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of financial management principles (PFMA)
  • Understanding of construction regulations and safety protocols
  • Project management skills (advantageous)
  • Engineering qualification (structural/mechanical/electrical – preferred)
