💰 Stipend: R6,800 per month
Your Role & Responsibilities
📑 Finance & Administrative Support:
✔ Assist in financial record organization and document filing
✔ Manage correspondence and general office administration
✔ Support the finance team in data entry and record-keeping
💻 Technical Support & Data Management:
✔ Work with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
✔ Maintain accurate financial reports and records
✔ Assist in processing financial transactions and reconciliations
🔍 Skills & Qualifications Needed:
✔ Education Requirement: Grade 12 qualification
✔ Preferred Certifications: Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills
✔ Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Office 365
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
✔ Soft Skills: - Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workloads
- A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude
