Core Responsibilities
- Process and monitor purchase orders for non-trade goods/services
- Maintain vendor contracts and purchase order systems
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations
- Provide exceptional service to internal stakeholders
- Conduct weekly system maintenance and order tracking
Essential Requirements
- Grade 12 certification
- Diploma in Accounting (or equivalent progress)
- Proficiency in purchase order systems and basic accounting
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Effective communication and prioritization abilities
