Core Responsibilities

  • Process and monitor purchase orders for non-trade goods/services
  • Maintain vendor contracts and purchase order systems
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations
  • Provide exceptional service to internal stakeholders
  • Conduct weekly system maintenance and order tracking

Essential Requirements

  • Grade 12 certification
  • Diploma in Accounting (or equivalent progress)
  • Proficiency in purchase order systems and basic accounting
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and prioritization abilities
