Core Purpose

Manage financial operations for library materials including ordering, payment processing, and record maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process library material orders through digital systems
  • Handle invoice payments and payment advices
  • Maintain financial records and annual order transfers
  • Resolve delivery and invoice queries
  • Generate monthly ordering statistics
  • Assist with team duties and document filing

Required Skills

  • Understanding of financial management principles
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel essential)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Preferred Qualification

Experience in supply chain management environments
