Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable Assistant General Worker to provide general site assistance and support. The role involves collaborating with site teams to meet operational goals, conducting daily inspections, reporting hazards, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with site teams to support the achievement of operational goals and targets.
• Assist with daily inspections of the designated area of responsibility and report any deviations or hazards.
• Help solve operational challenges and escalate issues to site teams when necessary.
• Perform general site activities as required to support operations.
• Carry out basic housekeeping duties to keep work areas clean and safe.
• Execute all assigned tasks in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Comply with all safety rules, regulations, and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent.

Experience

• Minimum of one year of relevant experience.

General Requirements

• Must pass company and/or client criminal screening processes.
• May be required to work rotating shifts and occasional overtime.
