Key Responsibilities:

🏍️ Customer Interaction & Sales Support
✔ Assist customers by answering inquiries about motorcycles and related products.
✔ Provide recommendations and support to help customers make informed purchase decisions.
✔ Ensure that each customer interaction is positive, enhancing the overall sales experience.

🔧 Product Knowledge Development
✔ Develop a deep understanding of the products, features, and benefits to better inform customers.
✔ Stay up-to-date on new motorcycle models, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

📢 Sales and Marketing Assistance
✔ Help the sales team in creating promotional material and marketing campaigns.
✔ Contribute to the development of strategies to boost sales and attract more customers.

🏢 Showroom Maintenance
✔ Ensure that the showroom is organized, clean, and visually appealing for customers.
✔ Assist in maintaining inventory and ensuring that products are readily available.

📈 Lead Generation & Follow-up
✔ Help generate leads through various sales strategies and outreach methods.
✔ Follow up with potential customers and leads to ensure continued interest and sales.

📝 Administrative and Sales Reporting Tasks
✔ Assist with administrative duties, including processing orders and handling customer paperwork.
✔ Keep accurate sales reports and assist in tracking performance metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✔ Education: Grade 12 or equivalent
✔ Preferred Certifications: Microsoft Office, Basic Computer Skills
✔ Technical Skills:

• Experience with Windows operating systems
• Familiarity with Office 365
  ✔ Soft Skills:
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills
