Programme Overview
This 24-month structured programme is designed to equip young graduates with the institutional knowledge and practical skills necessary to succeed in the transport and logistics sector. Participants will receive mentorship and guidance, with progress assessments every six months to ensure they are growing in line with both their career goals and TFR’s operational objectives.
Who Can Apply?
To qualify, applicants must:
✅ Be a South African citizen
✅ Be between 18 and 35 years old
✅ Hold a National Diploma, Diploma, BTech, or Bachelor’s Degree in Transport & Logistics Management (minimum NQF Level 6)
✅ Have no prior work experience
