The Building Company (a division of Pepkor) operates 171 building material retail outlets across Southern Africa. We serve customers through corporate, joint venture, and franchise stores in South Africa, Namibia, Eswatini, and Botswana.

Key Details:
- Minimum Education: Matric Certificate

Core Responsibilities:
- Prepare and verify customer/driver orders accurately
- Assist with safe loading/unloading of vehicles
- Maintain organized yard stock and workshop areas
- Ensure clean vehicles and proper storage of materials
- Support customers with workshop/joinery inquiries
- Manage wash bay operations effectively
- Keep store shelves and displays customer-ready
- Uphold company values and safety standards
Requirements:
- Grade 12 certification
- Basic building materials knowledge (training provided)
- Physical stamina for manual tasks
- Strong customer service attitude
