Requirements
- Physically fit with ability to lift heavy items
- Flexibility for shifts, weekends & public holidays
- Clean criminal record
- Reliable transportation to work
- Proficiency with cleaning equipment & chemicals
- Strong communication & teamwork skills
- Self-motivated with good time management
Primary Responsibilities
- Perform floor maintenance (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming)
- Maintain office cleanliness (trash removal, restroom servicing)
- Monitor outdoor areas for debris
- Report maintenance needs to supervisors
- Support basic kitchen duties
- Maintain overall facility appearance
