Job Description – General Worker

The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing general tasks requiring minimal induction.

Requirements:

• Educational qualification: Grade 10 or NQF2.
• Able to perform hard manual labor in a challenging environment.
• Willing to work overtime when requested.
• Committed to constantly adding value to the job function.
• Willing to learn and undergo training as required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensuring general tidiness of the workplace.
• Performing cleaning duties to comply with health and food safety standards.
• Completing ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
• Assisting customers and suppliers with loading and offloading of stock as required by company policies and procedures.
• Performing general housekeeping of premises.
• Providing customer service support.
• Preventing loss of grain.
