<h3>Job Description</h3>

The head office is located in Reitz, approximately 200km south of Johannesburg. The VKB Group is a top agricultural company that offers a wide range of agricultural products and services.</p>
<p>The ideal candidate for the General Worker position will be responsible for performing general tasks in a workshop environment, requiring a brief induction.</p>
<h3>Requirements</h3>
<ul>
    <li>Grade 12 or NQF4 is compulsory.</li>
    <li>Code EB driver's license is compulsory.</li>
    <li>Ability to load and offload stock.</li>
    <li>Responsible for keeping premises and buildings clean and in excellent condition.</li>
    <li>Stock control.</li>
    <li>Client service.</li>
    <li>Able to perform hard manual labor, including moving heavy equipment.</li>
    <li>Constantly adding value to the function of the job.</li>
    <li>Previous experience in a tractor workshop environment will be a definite advantage.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Duties and Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
    <li>Responsible for general tidiness.</li>
    <li>Cleaning duties.</li>
    <li>Ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time.</li>
    <li>Assist customers/suppliers with loading and offloading of stock as required according to policies and procedures.</li>
    <li>General housekeeping of premises and buildings.</li>
    <li>Customer services.</li>
    <li>Workshop related duties including assisting the workshop mechanic with any tasks as required.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Skills Required</h3>
<ul>
    <li>Service orientation.</li>
    <li>Accurate, thorough, and precise.</li>
    <li>Excellent health.</li>
</ul>
