About the Graduate Programme

CIDB’s Graduate Programme offers Postgraduate degree holders an opportunity to work on regulations that impact the construction industry. As part of the programme, successful candidates will engage in critical regulatory functions, supporting the enhancement of industry standards, compliance, and legislative frameworks.

This is a fantastic chance for graduates in Law or Commerce to contribute to shaping policies and regulations that will support the ongoing growth of the construction industry.

Who Should Apply?

Interested candidates must meet the following criteria:

✔ Hold a Postgraduate (NQF 8) qualification in Law or Commerce
✔ Have excellent computer literacy and communication skills
✔ Ability to work as part of a team, under pressure, and a willingness to travel
✔ Previous participation in an internship or graduate programme will make the candidate ineligible for this programme
✔ Be a South African citizen or permanent resident with a valid South African identity document

Duration of the Programme

  • The Graduate Programme spans 5 years, with successful applicants required to sign a contract for the entire period.
