This five-year programme is aimed at graduates passionate about driving change in the built environment, focusing on green building practices, energy and water efficiency, and climate change-resilient infrastructure.

💰 Salary: R30,000.00 – R35,000.00 per month

About the Graduate Programme
CIDB’s Graduate Programme offers a valuable platform for Postgraduate degree holders in Built Environment to develop their expertise in sustainable construction practices. As part of the programme, successful candidates will participate in critical projects aimed at improving the performance of the construction industry by implementing sustainable and environmentally friendly solutions.
Who Should Apply?
Candidates interested in applying for the Graduate Programme must meet the following requirements:
✔ Hold a Postgraduate (NQF 8) degree in Built Environment
✔ Possess a keen interest in sustainable development, particularly in areas like green building, energy efficiency, water conservation, and climate-resilient infrastructure
✔ Be a South African citizen or permanent resident with a valid South African identity document
✔ Candidates with prior participation in an internship or graduate programme are not eligible to apply
Programme Duration
- The graduate programme runs for a five-year period, with successful candidates signing a contract for the entire duration.
