Role Summary

Lead our South African revenue growth strategy for accredited tech training programs. This leadership role combines team management with hands-on sales execution, focusing on corporate partnerships and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive R20M+ annual revenue target with R50M pipeline development
  • Manage relationships with top 100 South African corporations
  • Ensure compliance with QCTO regulations and accreditation standards
  • Optimize operational processes for training delivery
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with academic and support teams

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • 3+ years leading accredited training partnerships (R20M+ scale)
  • 4+ years in tech education business development
  • Deep knowledge of SA B-BBEE and corporate L&D landscape
  • Proven leadership and strategic negotiation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Management or related field

Preferred Experience:

  • Government skills development project management
  • Tech bootcamp funding models
  • High-growth tech environment experience
