This role is crucial in ensuring smooth store operations, implementing efficient processes, and maintaining a high standard of internal control and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive Operational Efficiency

• Plan and conduct financial stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Oversee showroom processes, ensuring adherence to legal and operational guidelines.
• Maintain store merchandising in line with visual guidelines and product catalogues.
• Monitor productivity across all store areas to maximize sales and efficiency.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve performance and resolve deficiencies.

2. Stock & Cash Management

• Ensure efficient stock control to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Oversee stock taking and conduct routine inventory audits.
• Implement strict cash handling procedures, including reconciliations and security protocols.
• Investigate cash variances, counterfeit currency, and reduce cash exposure risks.

3. People Leadership & Compliance

• Train and educate staff on internal controls, compliance, and store risks.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to ensure a high-performance team.
• Deliver reports on internal controls and address any identified deficiencies.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a secure store environment.

What You’ll Need for This Role:

• Grade 12/Matric/NQF 4 (Minimum Requirement)
• 10+ years of experience in Compliance and Administration Management
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
