We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team for a 1-year contract assignment. This position is pivotal in supporting the indirect eCommerce business and Paid Media channels, ensuring the smooth operation of eCommerce activities, managing campaigns, and generating insightful reports. The ideal candidate will be diligent, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management
- Serve as the liaison between various internal teams such as PMSA Finance, Wholesale, and Distribution, ensuring smooth inventory processing.
- Monitor and track partner stock levels to prevent out-of-stock situations and ensure timely reordering.
- Oversee and track partner credit limits, promptly notifying them of any approaching limits and bringing relevant issues to the attention of the Digital Acquisition Manager.
Reporting & Campaign Support
- Collaborate with PMSA partners to gather and compile sales reports in a timely manner.
- Assist in the execution of eCommerce promotions by coordinating internal briefings across multiple platforms, including websites, eCRM, and social media channels.
- Provide administrative support throughout promotional activities and campaigns, ensuring smooth implementation.
New Business Onboarding
- Aid in the administrative setup of new eCommerce partners, supporting the onboarding process.
- Assist in the testing phase during onboarding to ensure seamless integration and functionality across platforms.
Paid Media Support
- Act as the main point of contact between PMSA and external agencies, ensuring efficient execution of paid media campaigns.
- Ensure timely delivery of essential campaign materials, including:
- Weekly and monthly reports
- Updates on outstanding tasks
- Campaign elements, assets, and cost estimates
- Proof of campaign flighting
- Conduct digital out-of-home (DOOH) audits to ensure compliance with the PMI Marketing Code and relevant local regulations.
- Collaborate closely with the PMSA Brand Team to develop campaign briefs and provide direction to agencies.
- Assist in testing campaigns to ensure they align with agency briefs and meet all campaign requirements.
- Regularly update and maintain the AVP document for the Digital Marketing Team.
- Offer administrative assistance for ad hoc business requests as required.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualifications: Completed National Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Media, or Sales.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital marketing, with a strong background in eCommerce.
- Skills & Knowledge:
- Experience with eCommerce platforms is essential.
- Familiarity with retail or logistics is advantageous.
